Access to Panasonic SDKs and APIs is governed by separate developer license agreements. Commercial use of SDK outputs requires a valid Panasonic OEM or distribution agreement. Open-source components are licensed under their respective open-source licenses as documented on our GitHub repositories.
Product pricing is provided upon request through our sales team. All orders are subject to Panasonic's standard commercial terms. Minimum order quantities may apply. Custom module configurations require a signed engineering services agreement.
Panasonic products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period specified in the product datasheet. Panasonic's total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. Panasonic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
Certain Panasonic wireless products may be subject to export control regulations. Customers are responsible for compliance with applicable export laws, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) where applicable.
